Malfatto got married. It's an end of an Era.

Blake & I left E at home with my Mom for the first weekend away from him to see John Malfatto get married. We were amazed at how much easier it is to travel without a baby when we only had to pick up one bag at the airport. We missed E but it was so beautiful in Oregon that we really enjoyed ourselves. We were able to visit with a bunch of my friends from college and it was great to catch up and laugh.

I got to spend a lot of one on one time with this favorite girl. She's like 7 months pregnant here and you can barely tell. Beauty. Natural beauty. We went to see a movie which is a rarity for both of us these days and we were beyond annoyed at how cheesy it was. In all fairness the ticket guy totally warned us how bad it was. Our first clue should have been Miley Ctrus was in it. Blah. But the coke and the candy made it all worth it.

This beautiful wedding was perfect for these two stunners. The reception was at this picturesque barn and everything fit them from the food to the flowers. Krista is perfect for John and she makes him so happy. John is one of those loyal friends who stands by you no matter how crazy life gets. It was apparent that most of his friends feel the same way since tons of them flew and then drove a while to get to the wedding. The whole weekend was perfect and it made me want to move to Oregon and chase E through all the grassy hills and daunting trees. Say goodbye to the concrete in CA and live in the fog and greenery. Maybe a move is in the near future?

*Krista's dress was perfection. Plus she's pretty hot so that helped a little.
